Brent Social Housing & Regeneration PFI

Brent Social Housing & Regeneration PFI

The Brent Private Finance Initiative (PFI) housing project is a design and build scheme for Brent Council which includes 195 residential units and 20 care units. The scheme will help Brent Council address the shortage of suitable housing for homeless families, reduce reliance on bed and breakfast accommodation, and modernise residential care services for people with learning difficulties.

Bouygues UK forms part of Brent Coefficient (BCE) which is delivering the project for Brent Council in partnership with its sister company Warings (design and build contractors), Ian Williams Ltd (facilities management contractor) and The Hyde Group (housing management contractor).
