Barnhill handed over!

The Barhnill Cottages site has been handed over on 21st July 2011. The Certificate of Availability has been delivered by the Independant Certifier with only five snaggs which have been cleared on the same day. Works has started in June 2010. The project consisted of the demolition of cottages owned by the London Borough of Brent and a privately owned cottage and the construction of a 3 storey building including 15 flats and 6 surface parking spaces. The curved design of the building includes 11 different coloured renders to façade. Rob Waddington, the site manager was awarded a Considerate Constructor Scheme "Beyond compliance" label.
