- De-snagging on painting / flooring / joinery
- Metal work: completion of external guard railing on terrace / louvers GHP and kitchen roof
M&E
- M&E testing and commissioning on going witnessed by Bailey Garner / Building control as required
- Training with school on going
- Kitchen equipment completion including training to ES Catering team.
ICT
- Completion of CCTV, Telephony system complete, Access control including T&C and training
Façade works
- Complete – touch up on going
External works
- Completion of external works (hard / soft / fencing and gates) including snagging / desnagging
- Reinstatement of canopy / bike shed / shelter
FF&E
- Fixed furniture 90% complete, reception desk on 9/01/12, Loose furniture deliveries starting 05/01/12
Logistic / Site installation
- Relocation of site offices in nursery then crèche area (to be used up to 26/02/12)
- Scaffolding / Hoarding erection in preparation of Phase 3
Utilities:
- All complete except LGFL (ground works on main road & cabling) to start from 04/02/12
- Disconnection of services prior to demolition: all quotes received and paid. Dates confirmed
