As part of the Stonebridge redevelopment area with the Winchelsea site, this project is to provide a significantly larger number of housing units within the Borough. The project will provide a mixture of 45 one, two, three, four and five bedroom units with a significant number of larger family units. In addition, the 21 non-rental units will be provided on the Shared Ownership block over 5 floors.
